INTRODUCTION
Defendants I issued Summons against sat as Judges and banned me from use of courts, from finishing my cases and from use of lawyer or agent to represent me; and banned me from issuing any case Vs their Human Rights abuses during the ban: fascist? Every member of British Cabinet knew and allowed or plotted in the cover-up and perversions of justice because they were also charged as co-defendants for prior and continued abuse of justice and breaches of Universal Declaration of Human Rights This Web site is still under reconstruction; excuse brevity. Judges sitting in case they are defendants in with state officers is crimes: so was caught Lord Justice in Chilli�s old president.
New case law Proof: Pinachet extradition case in London December 1998 held as sat unlawful; so my claims have another precedent law as well as over thousand years of British laws that says nobody can sit in case when they have conflicts of interests or being also served on or cited as defendants in cases: Labour Party in corruption to cover-up now: Treasury heads and solicitors told by Tony Blair�s cabinet to do all this abuse to me. M.P, Peter Mandelson Knew and so did Geofrey Robinson of State treasury knew all was going on: have you read the MPs Mandelson-gate and Robinson-gate - Xmas Dec 1998. British State & Labour Party Human Rights Abuses
Britain�s Government officers and Tony Blair conspired to pervert the course of Justice, and so breached United Nations Human Rights Laws by, repeatedly, illegally setting up of judges, whom I issued summons against, to sit as Judges 12 June 1998 to make illegal court orders to ban me from use of Law courts, ban me from free use of lawyer or agent to represent me, and also bar me from finishing my cases already issued against themselves and others: From December 1998 they could not beat me by lawful means nor shut me up from demanding impartial jury trial of them as 5 Civil Wars perpetuated as my rights, so conspired from May 1998 to ambush my cases against them by them setting co-defendants Justices Lord Simon Brown. whom sat with co-defendant Justice Anthony Hooper in case CO/1700/1998 issued against me to cover-up 12 June 98 after co-defendant Tony Blair and his Treasury and Labour MP John Morris conspired with Tony Blair�s Treasury lawyers too to do so after they tried many times in Walsall to pervert Justice from Dec 1998 when co-defendants even Judges AW Brown, AD Walker, Mason deliberately sat as Judges in my cases against them and others after I issued summons against themselves and British State so I subsequently had to issue more summonses against them for knowing they be defendants but still sitting as judges in my cases against them, and caught perverting justice with them and co-defendant Justice J Owen in Birmingham to 30 June 98 in Conspiracies and so had to issue the said more summonses Vs themselves; so they panicked after much more other abuses 30-23 May 1998 which I charged too which made them panic by May 2 1998 and conspired with Lord Simon Brown and court Managers & Tony Blair�s secret cover-up agents and Treasury Lawyers -[I already suing]- to illegally summon me to London 12 June 1998 in front of co-defendant Lord Simon Brown and Hooper to be judges 12 June 98 to bar me from Justice via secret-ish conspiracy with Walsall Court persons -[whom I already summoned in Walsall for abuses]- even with Co-defendant Manager IAM Wood, Mrs Downing, with whom all conspiring May 29 98 with the defendant Judges and Royal Courts of Justice Manager Mrs L Brown illegally set up the said co-defendant Justices Lord Simon Brown & Anthony Hooper to sit as Judges 12 June 98 to hear sly application to bar me, as said, illegally; illegal application -[as made to them co-defendants Simon Brown and Hooper]- by co-defendant Attorney General of co-defendant Labour Party MP John Morris�s criminal Human Rights Abuses plots to illegally bar me 12 June 98 from Justice, my cases, lawyer usage, access to court as said above but they in secret blacklist banned me too in combination of their illegal non sign by judges 12 June 98 orders and yet passing internal secret letters between them and other departments saying ��Under no circumstances put Mr Delroy Anthony Soares on the vexatious litigant list: why?: simply to cover-up their crimes and breaches of United Nations Human Rights Laws which after World war 2 1945 United Nations set perpetual 30 Law Maxims as always to be the British written constitution since UN article 30 of Human Rights Laws which article 30 made the other 29 article permanent into all United Nations states constitutions as perpetual laws to protect the lay people like me from state abuses and arbitrary government like done to me no by British arbitrary government illegal powers and done by arbitrary gangs of co-defendant officers of various departments whom ganged up on me in secret to ban me from court etc because I issued summons Vs them all and because I demanded only jury trial as my right and only safe way for justice to be done.
Since 1945-48 and during my struggle with them 1997 to now, they have also been deliberately hiding the said United Nations Human Rights Laws real place in our state -[deliberately still after my plight exposed it]- after United Nations Human Rights Laws commanded them and all democratic UN Nations states never to make any laws to breach nor reinterpret any point of the 1945-48 30 article of Human Rights laws and also commanded them to teach all children the 30 articles to know them by heart so that when they grown up they would never obey anything contrary to said Human Rights Laws 30 article no matter who pass them in whatever British or United Nations states� ever parliaments. They the said British state and its servants etc December 1997-12 June 1998 could not manage me nor bluff me off my rights because I knew the 30 Articles of Human Rights; so they could not beat me by law, they turned crooks and criminal abusers of power by them deciding 29 May 1998 to gang up on me for 12 June 1998 while they found the police not arresting them whom also were also years abusers of public with Crown Prosecutors, attorney general, all Courts, all Judiciary, al Parliaments abusing instruments for years so they decided to simple bulldoze over me 12 June 1998 -[via setting up co-defendants Lord Simon brown and Hopper to judge me while they be defendants in my case in Walsall Court Dec 97-May 98; they knew I also issued summons against all the Lords of Appeal in March 1998 so I could not use court of appeal after 12 June 98 to redress the corruption so they put Lord Simon Brown down to High Court to criminally abuse me 12 June 1998 by illegal bar of me from Justice, my cases, use of court, use of lawyer]- over me no matter if they perverted the course of justice by banning me from my 1997-May 23 98 Walsall cases against themselves in court already, banned me from suing them anymore, banned me from using courts, banned me from use of lawyer: So I am a political prisoner and been excommunicated by effect: So am I stateless by their conspiracy:

I NEED WORLD PEOPLES HELP VIA SUPPORTING ME AGAINST THEM TO HUMAN RIGHTS COURT AND EVENTUALLY VIA COURT ACTION BECAUSE UNITED NATIONS HUMAN RIGHTS LAWS SAY: I can issue summons in any other UNITED NATIONS COUNTRY against them ��REGARDLESS OF FRONTIER�� and THE 30th and non changeable ARTICLES OF HUMAN RIGHTS ALSO SAY -[with other UN Charter express laws]- all states must support my plights against them AND AGAINST ALL U.N JUDGES AND OFFICERS WHOM DO NOT HELP ME NOR WANT TO PROSECUTE BRITAIN and its officer FOR THE ABUSES AND BREACHES OF U.N HUMAN RIGHTS LAWS which they have COMMITTED AGAINST ME; demanded action herein to be SUPPORT BY U.N ARMED FORCES IF NEEDS BE. UN Human Rights warrant civil war too against oppressors and abusers such as these: 5 English civil wars was caused by same thing don to me; history is being repeated in this country, same abuse many times in last thousand years caused civil wars as UN Human Rights warrants now too.

WHY DID THEY PLOT TO GET ME TO LONDON COURT WITH CELL BELOW: STOP ME FROM APPEALING, AND OR FRAME ME UP 12 JUNE 98 IN LONDON 200 MILES FROM MY HOME COURTS, WAS POSSIBLE TOO:-
Note that: Since 23 Jan 98 abuses of me having to charge Judge AW Brown, AD Walker Justice John Owen for sitting in cases while I suing them and being co-defendants together sitting as judges to strike out my cases; yes since then they knew they could not manage me so from 23 May 98 too they knew they had to ambush me into secret court hearing in front of one of them I suing so they decided to ambush my court cases for they were all in trouble and getting deeper; so they 29 May 98 set up co-defendants Lord Simon Brown and Anthony Hopper to sit to judge me 12 June 98 while they be co-defendants in my case in Walsall Court Dec 97-May 98; in that plot to get me in front of judges -[maybe set to get me to 180 miles London Royal Courts 12 June to lock me up by saying I attack judge etc]- they knew had I also already issued summons against all the Lords of House of Lords of Appeal in March 1998 so I could not use court of appeal, after their traps for 12 June 98, to get redress of their 12 June 98 plotted corruption so they conspired with the British Cabinet in it too even to put Lord Simon Brown down to the ordinary High Court to criminally abuse and bar me from justice, my cases, use of lawyer illegal order 12 June 1998 so that I could never safely get the House of Lords of Appeal to retract or and fight against them because I already issued summons against the lords; that is why they called me to London 12 June 98 and still barred me from court etc after I on 5 June 98 filled ��defence and counter charges�� against them in their illegal hearing 12 June 1998 therein I cross charging them against their conspiracy 12 June 1998 hearing and so I also refused therein my ��defence and cross charges�� refused to appear in London 12 June 98 front of illegal court with co-defendant judges whom I suing in Walsall since January 1998 sitting as judge: they could have plotted to get me to London 12 June 98 in front of co-defendant judge Simon Brown & A Hooper simply to lock the hearing door and then frame me up with some wicked allegation and witness for each other against me all to shut me up and force me to drop my cases willing rather than black list me as was all left to them to try 12 June 98: looking at their cheek of not even mentioning my ��defence and cross charges�� in their 12 June 98 order barring me, its plain they were leaving no limit to what they had to do 12 June 98 against me to shut me up and stop my cases already started against them, if I went to their illegal hearing in London Royal Courts of Justice case co/1700/1998.

1) This petition is to over 150 United Nations to impartially intervene under U.N 1945 Human Rights laws. It asks all you United Nations� member countries heads to individually and provable contact Mr Soares and intervene in the alleged abuses, work together, and take the British State and it�s Government, judiciary and all it�s judges, Courts & staff, Lord Chancellor�s self & all Dept, Treasury heads & staff & solicitors, Labour Party�s Attorney General�s self & police, and all mentioned herein persons all to open United Nations� ''Court of Justice'' to be impartially tried for the alleged ��human rights abuses�� and alleged criminal conspiracies against Mr Soares, crimes against all his ever case filed Walsall court -[December 97-12 June 98]- and crimes against British public�s safety course of justice; of the which crimes United Nations made anti-Hitler fascist type laws of Human Rights against: Laws to stop Britain repeating Hitler�s 1933-1945 civil and war time known and revelation type of human rights abuse against ��fair, impartial, public�� jury justice; even laws bestowed as public safety on all mankind against tyrannical states. Those 30 articles of Human Rights Laws, against state abuses, have been deliberately kept secret by British State fascist�s governments and officers hiding behind the word �democracy�. Who else has been barred from justice by illegal laws made contrary to 30 articles of Human rights 1945-8: undersigned by Britain, Europe, USA, and the world.
2) Anyway, vigorously since before and after June 1997 and throughout all the herein, the British state has been secretly and sometimes openly abusing me Mr Soares and consequently the public too with illegal use of political Party Hitler type abuses via Non United Nations Human Rights powers via unlawful state intervention into my civil cases filed against its officers and my abuses, which I filed in court under virtue of non watered down version of 30 articles of human rights laws and under hid British Magna Carta perpetual public safety Laws against the states ever allowed powers/ new laws: I sued all judges and them in person for ��selling, denying and deferring justice�� and in sued for other subsequent abuse matters after they being caught repeatedly covering up their corruption of perverting course of justice, more, which are all U.N Human Rights Laws� defined abuses of which they from the highest to the smallest officers have done against me and my Dec 97 -January 98 Walsall cases that are already in court, with more going in; of which they have been to 12 June 98 and still are illegally using public tax payers money to secretly cover-up their state concurrent repeat over and over again Human Rights abuses and their subsequent perversion of Justice by all British Judges, all Judiciary, Lord Chancellor�s self and Dept, all Court Services, all conspiring with Treasury & its head co-defendant Tony Blair Prime Minister all stealing public money via it�s solicitors to unlawfully defend the judges & C sued in person and steal money to plot the perversions of justices Walsall court to London Dec 97 - 12 June 98 via and to instigate cover-up for all Judges sued in person via the treasury solicitor all co-ordinating [December 98 to 12 June 98] with co-defendants Tony Blair, Court Services all heads, & Walsall Court Manager IAM Wood & Mrs Downing and Walsall co- defendant Judges AW Brown, AD Walker, Judge Mason, Justice J Owen, then suddenly from 5-12 June 98 they panicked and conspired for final cover-up with also co-defendants Justices Lord Simon Brown & A Hooper even to illegally breach United Notations Human Rights Laws by co-defendant Labour Party and their Attorney General applying to co-defendants Simon Brown and Hooper to ask them to and got them to write that they have barred me from justice, from use of courts, from use of lawyer, and from my cases already against them too of which 12 June 98 hearing to do so was illegal for judges I suing to sit as Judges to cover-up abuses in Walsall and Birmingham Dec 97 - May 24 98; like abuses as I already charged as done in all my cases Dec 97-May 98 they 12 June 98 co-defendants Simon Brown & Hooper tried to cover-up for all Walsall Judges -[& Tony Blair culprit in all]- etc that had also repeatedly been charged for perverting justice of my Walsall Cases one after the other after Jan 23-23 May 98.
3) They 12 June 98 co-defendants Judges Simon Brown, Hooper and Applicant -[John Morris]- to bar me from justice, deliberately knew they were already co-defendants in my Walsall cases they deliberately sat in 12 June 98 to illegally barred me from: in same fashion that the Walsall Lot of Judges etc had tried to strike them out one after the other and then they plotted with Royal Courts Q.B Manager Mrs L Brown to set-up their panicked illegal 12 June 98 Royal Court of Justice hearing in front of already co-defendants, Justices, Lord Simon Brown & Anthony Hooper to summon me to and did illegally -[refusing to get signature of judges on order]- make court order 12 June 98 to secretly -[their leaked letter said under no circumstance put Mr Soares on the vexatious black list: slip?]- secretly bar me Mr Soares from using any court, and from employing any lawyer or agent to use courts for me, & from finishing any my already filed December 97-May 98 Walsall court cases against them all: 12 June 98, unsigned order, to bar me while they the same Judges Simon Brown & Hooper and all above said persons and departments knew they are/were already co-defendants in my Jan 98 already filed in Walsall cases and further co-defendants in related subsequent abused cases December 97 - 12 June 98. In fact: Since Feb 98 I can not even get Lords of Appeals to reply to my sent appeals against abused Walsall cases December 97 to March 98; because they, all the Lords and all Appeals, all Court Judges are Summoned Walsall Court since Jan 98 as co-defendants whom all knew of the corruptions and so are part of 12 June 98 plots to and illegal bar of me from Justice and so was all obviously behind the 12 June 98 illegal Human Rights abuse bars of me from Justice as done by their co-defendants Justices Lord Simon Brown & A Hopper. Lord Justices Simon Brown & A Hooper, and also since Jan 98 co-defendant London Royal Courts of Justice Manager Mrs L Brown has no doubt now been caught 5, 6, 8, 12, 23 June 98 stealing court document via still setting up co-defendant Judges Simon Brown & A Hooper's sitting 12 June 98 as co-defendants judges and after I rejected them judges by cross charges & defence and she and they are guilty of the official court document thefts via them still sitting 12 June 98 and got and read my defence and counter charges but still sat and are since 5 June 98 hiding my 5 June 98 filed into court ''counter charges and defence'' document against them sitting as Judges 12 June 98 and filed against them hearing another bunch of Walsall Court co-defendants, even the co-defendant Labour Party Labour MP John Morris's pretending Attorney General Powers' illegal 12 June 98, applications to them co-defendants Justices Lord Simon Brown and Hooper to ask them -[pre known]- co-defendants to sit as judges to make their 12 June 98 -[and claim they got]- court order to bar me from use of court, bar me from suing themselves any more, bar me from finishing off my already issued -[Dec 97-May 98]- Walsall cases against themselves and British State: all therefore they did to me are Human Rights abuses against democracy & impartial access to justice which is more serious and totally more important to whole world & UN, abuses: like Hitler's fascists against democracy too.
4) All that 12 June 98 baring me from justice is outlawry they did to cover-up because I Mr Soares repeatedly -[like at Walsall & Birmingham courts abuses]- refused them co-defendants Lord Simon Brown & Justice Anthony Hooper appearance contract to give them reason to carry on their illegal set-up and eventual sitting 12 June 98 as judge in any my cases or anything to do with me, no appearances so no contract to allow judges I suing t be judge is lawful refusal to appear; but the continued to sit illegally 12 June 98, to do what they intended to do even if I appeared 12 June 98; like against 23 Jan 98 - 23 May 98 Walsall & Birmingham court same type repeated abuses and perversions of justice -[by its all judges and court staff I.A.M Wood & Mrs Downing, said]- sitting as judges while I suing them as co-defendants, even after I repeatedly demand public safety jury justice trials Vs them all. I even tried to stop the 12 June 98 hearing by giving the 12 June 98 co-defendant Attorney General J Morris, the same said Judge Simon Brown & A Hooper and co-defendant Court Manger L Brown all copies of 30 Articles of Human Rights under police seals 5, 6,7 June 98 before they sat; I therein warning them all -[police to arrest all them if they sit 12 June]- that article 30 make the rest of the 29 articles to be written British Constitution since 1945-48: so their 12 June 98 hearing was illegal but they still sat 12 June 98 to make unsigned illegal order saying they barred me from justice from 12 June 98 and made no mention of my 5,6,7 June 98 filled ''defence and counter charges'' against them, their crimes, and reasons therein for not appearing before them being ''already co-defendants in my cases at Walsall'' and yet they made no mention that in their 12 June 98 order nor that I also demanded their arrests therein for their plots to sit as judges while they be in Walsall Summonses since Jan 98 as concurrent co-defendants. Those, their more, abuses are like same fascist reasons/abuses why 1945 United Nations gave Britain a written Constitution called U.N �� Universal Declaration of Human Rights�� laws that says, article 30, Britain nor United Nations any Organ.s, can never make any post 1945/8 laws nor power any person to, nor make statutory instrument after 1945 to break the United Nations� main objective being U.N 1945-48 unchangeable and non-reinterpretable universal of Human Rights Declaration laws, maxims; besides they my adversaries breaching the now kept secret, embezzled, forever set laws of Magna Carta, 16 Car Cap 10, Bill of Rights of the People of England 1688 also says all they done to me Mr Soares is illegal. What happened after the last petition 19 June 1998 was started:
To cover-up state abuses since December 1997 & January - May 1998, Co-defendants Lord Justice Simon Brown & Anthony Hopper did sit -[as mentioned Below in last petition, their illegal intent], illegally on 12 June 1998 at Royal Court of Justice, Strand, London by criminal conspiracy with other co-defendants and made semi secret illegal Human Rights abuse court order -[contrary to the above said United nations Articles [they had copy of 30 articles 5, 8 June 98 for sure before 12 June 98 as plain on tape recording and witnesses: L Brown say so on tape recording of court manger L Brown 3 times] - order 12 June 1998 illegally barring me from use of courts, barring me from finishing of my cases already started in Walsall Court against themselves and British State, and barred me from freely employing lawyer or agent to represent me in any court effectively from 12 June 98 in any case, also, patronising publics common sense of right or wrong behaviour by co-defendant judges, obviously barred me from justice and so plainly breached all the above said human rights laws that make the kept secret British Constitution a written one that pre-censured by article 30 of 1945-48 non watered down version of United Nations Human Rights Objective of which article 30 Britain has been seducing by British State and planted UN law officers to try to hide that written constitution and our safety rights so as to form clubs within the system to illegally breach all the other said above Human Rights Laws articles 1-29 that made for all generations to be safe from tyrannical state abuses.
No where in the 30 articles is there any power nor possible future of 1948 powers to immune any Judges nor state officers from being sued in person or with their states or be excluded from being arrayed for trial of Human Rights abuses by domestic of and Human Rights Laws. Judges seeing if person have case to be heard is also crime: like Hitler's fascism caused laws to be made for our protection.

WHY DID THEY PLOT TO GET ME TO LONDON COURT WITH CELL BELOW: STOP ME FROM APPEALING, AND OR FRAME ME UP 12 JUNE 98 IN LONDON 200 MILES FROM MY HOME COURTS, WAS POSSIBLE TOO:-
NB. Since 23 Jan 98 abuses of me having to charge Judge AW Brown, AD Walker Justice John Owen for sitting in cases while I suing them and being co-defendants together sitting as judges to strike out my cases; yes since then they knew they could not manage me so from 23 May 98 too they knew they had to ambush me into secret court hearing in front of one of them I suing so they decided to ambush my court cases for they were all in trouble and getting deeper; so they 29 May 98 set up co-defendants Lord Simon Brown and Anthony Hopper to sit to judge me 12 June 98 while they be co-defendants in my case in Walsall Court Dec 97-May 98; in that plot to get me in front of judges -[maybe set to get me to 180 miles London Royal Courts 12 June to lock me up by saying I attack judge etc]- they knew had I also already issued summons against all the Lords of House of Lords of Appeal in March 1998 so I could not use court of appeal, after their traps for 12 June 98, to get redress of their 12 June 98 plotted corruption so they conspired with the British Cabinet in it too even to put Lord Simon Brown down to the ordinary High Court to criminally abuse and bar me from justice, my cases, use of lawyer illegal order 12 June 1998 so that I could never safely get the House of Lords of Appeal to retract or and fight against them because I already issued summons against the lords; that is why they called me to London 12 June 98 and still barred me from court etc after I on 5 June 98 filled ��defence and counter charges�� against them in their illegal hearing 12 June 1998 therein I cross charging them against their conspiracy 12 June 1998 hearing and so I also refused therein my ��defence and cross charges�� refused to appear in London 12 June 98 front of illegal court with co-defendant judges whom I suing in Walsall since January 1998 sitting as judge: they could have plotted to get me to London 12 June 98 in front of co-defendant judge Simon Brown & A Hooper simply to lock the hearing door and then frame me up with some wicked allegation and witness for each other against me all to shut me up and force me to drop my cases willing rather than black list me as was all left to them to try 12 June 98: looking at their cheek of not even mentioning my ��defence and cross charges�� in their 12 June 98 order barring me, its plain they were leaving no limit to what they had to do 12 June 98 against me to shut me up and stop my cases already started against them, if I went to their illegal hearing in London Royal Courts of Justice case co/1700/1998.

Whereas Member States have pledged themselves to achieve, in co-operation with the United Nations, the promotion of universal respect for and observance of human rights and fundamental freedoms,
Whereas a common understanding of these rights and freedoms is of the greatest importance for the full realisation of this pledge,
Now, therefore,
The General Assembly,
Proclaims this Universal Declaration of Human Rights as a common standard of achievement for all peoples and all nations, to the end that every individual and every organ of society, keeping this Declaration constantly in mind, shall strive by teaching and education to promote respect for these rights and freedoms and by progressive measures, national and international, to secure their universal and effective recognition and observance, both among the peoples of Member States themselves and among the peoples of territories under their jurisdiction.
Article I
All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights. They are endowed with reason and conscience and should act towards one another in a spirit of brotherhood.
Article 2
Furthermore, no distinction shall be made on the basis of the political, jurisdictional or international status of the country or territory to which a person belongs, whether it be independent, trust, non-self-governing or under any other limitation of sovereignty.
Article 3
Everyone has the right to life, liberty and security of person.
Article 4
No one shall be held in slavery or servitude; slavery and the slave trade shall be prohibited in all their forms.
Article 5
No one shall be subjected to torture or to cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment.
Article 6
Article 7
All are equal before the law and are entitled without any discrimination to equal protection of the law. All are entitled to equal protection against any discrimination in violation of this Declaration and against any incitement to such discrimination.
Article 8
Article 9
No one shall be subjected to arbitrary arrest, detention or exile.
Article 10
Article 11 Everyone charged with a penal offence has the right to be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law in a public trial at which he has had all the guarantees necessary for his defence.
No one shall be held guilty of any penal offence on account of any act or omission which did not constitute a penal offence, under national or international law, at the time when it was committed. Nor shall a heavier penalty be imposed than the one that was applicable at the time the penal offence was committed.
Article 12
No one shall be subjected to arbitrary interference with his privacy, family, home or correspondence, nor to attacks upon his honour and reputation. Everyone has the right to the protection of the law against such interference or attacks.
Article 13
Everyone has the right to freedom of movement and residence within the borders of each State.
Everyone has the right to leave any country, including his own, and to return to his country.
Article 14
This right may not be invoked in the case of prosecutions genuinely arising from non-political crimes or from acts contrary to the purposes and principles of the United Nations. Article 15
Everyone has the right to a nationality. No one shall be arbitrarily deprived of his nationality nor denied the right to change his nationality.
Article 16 Men and women of full age, without any limitation due to race, nationality or religion, have the right to marry and to found a family. They are entitled to equal rights as to marriage, during marriage and at its dissolution.
Marriage shall be entered into only with the free and full consent of the intending spouses.
The family is the natural and fundamental group unit of society and is entitled to protection by society and the State.
Article 17
Everyone has the right to own property alone as well as in association with others.
No one shall be arbitrarily deprived of his property.
Article 18
Everyone has the right to freedom of thought, conscience and religion; this right includes freedom to change his religion or belief, and freedom, either alone or in community with others and in public or private, to manifest his religion or belief in teaching, practice, worship and observance.
Article 19
Everyone has the right to freedom of opinion and expression; this right includes freedom to hold opinions without interference and to seek, receive and impart information and ideas through any media and regardless of frontiers. Article 20
Everyone has the right to freedom of peaceful assembly and association.
No one may be compelled to belong to an association.
Article 21
Everyone has the right to take part in the government of his country, directly or through freely chosen representatives.
Everyone has the right to equal access to public service in his country.
The will of the people shall be the basis of the authority of government; this will shall be expressed in periodic and genuine elections which shall be by universal and equal suffrage and shall be held by secret vote or by equivalent free voting procedures.
Article 22
Everyone, as a member of society, has the right to social security and is entitled to realisation, through national effort and international co-operation and in accordance with the organisation and resources of each State, of the economic, social and cultural rights indispensable for his dignity and the free development of his personality.
Article 23
Everyone has the right to work, to free choice of employment, to just and favourable conditions of work and to protection against unemployment.
Everyone, without any discrimination, has the right to equal pay for equal work.
Everyone who works has the right to just and favourable remuneration ensuring for himself and his family an existence worthy of human dignity, and supplemented, if necessary, by other means of social protection. Everyone has the right to form and to join trade unions for the protection of his interests.
Article 24
Everyone has the right to rest and leisure, including reasonable limitation of working hours and periodic holidays with pay.
Article 25
Everyone has the right to a standard of living adequate for the health and well-being of himself and of his family, including food, clothing, housing and medical care and necessary social services, and the right to security in the event of unemployment, sickness, disability, widowhood, old age or other lack of livelihood in circumstances beyond his control.
Motherhood and childhood are entitled to special care and assistance. All children, whether born in or out of wedlock, shall enjoy the same social protection.
Article 26 Everyone has the right to education. Education shall be free, at least in the elementary and fundamental stages. Elementary education shall be compulsory. Technical and professional education shall be made generally available and higher education shall be equally accessible to all on the basis of merit.
Education shall be directed to the full development of the human personality and to the strengthening of respect for human rights and fundamental freedoms. It shall promote understanding, tolerance and friendship among all nations, racial or religious groups, and shall further the activities of the United Nations for the maintenance of peace.
Parents have a prior right to choose the kind of education that shall be given to their children.
Article 27
Everyone has the right freely to participate in the cultural life of the community, to enjoy the arts and to share in scientific advancement and its benefits.
Everyone has the right to the protection of the moral and material interests resulting from any scientific, literary or artistic production of which he is the author.
Article 28
Everyone is entitled to a social and international order in which the rights and freedoms set forth in this Declaration can be fully realised.
Article 29
Everyone has duties to the community in which alone the free and full development of his personality is possible.
In the exercise of his rights and freedoms, everyone shall be subject only to such limitations as are determined by law solely for the purpose of securing due recognition and respect for the rights and freedoms of others and of meeting the just requirements of morality, public order and the general welfare in a democratic society.
These rights and freedoms may in no case be exercised contrary to the purposes and principles of the United Nations.
Article 30

Nobody can lawfully change the 30 articles of Human Rights which is the whole objective of United Nations Charter of co-operation and article 46 & 50 makes it a must for all states to attack the governments of Britain for their abuses; by force if needs to restore to me my rights.

Gang up to bar me from court, my cases already started, bar me from free use of lawyer, bar me from using court against that illegal bar contrary to human rights to stop me getting them to jury to be tried for human rights abuses is crime against humanity and against nearly all 30 articles of human rights laws spirit and letter one way or other you read them; written like ten commandments if we break one we break near but all of them.

THE CROOKED JUDGES NAMED HERE
Bare in mind that one of the main culprits that was behind the corruption and abuse of me at the Walsall, Birmingham, London courts 1997 to 9 June 98; 12 June 98 illegal court order period since I last heard from the Royal courts of Justice and ignored by Lords of Appeals refusing to set forth my appeals since before June 98. Bare in Mind that The Attorney General is still refusing to ever answer any of my letters to him to make sure he has had plenty of time to prove he had nothing to do with the concurrent corruption from Walsall to London 9 June 1998: he John Morris MP knows he is trapped so refused to answer any my letters; one he even signed for at his own personal home address, illegally � state property mail it was too; he did not sign for it at the office where it was sent??? He and all the British cabinet including Tony Blair read it and copies of many documents proving the corruption of Judges sitting as judges while they be co-defendants in my cases and read his part in it all and read me demanding his arrest and arrest of every ever Member of British Cabinet and all involved heads and officers of Treasury Dept and Attorney Generals office especially the lawyers of case CO/1700/1998: He, Tony Blair, John Morris, Robinson, all British cabinet and all Judiciary Judges and court personnel nationally know all this through hundreds of copies of petition sent to them and him J Morris about this and periodically as the crimes against me and perversions of justice grew from 1997 to Last blow from them 9 June 1998 bar of me from court; and I sent copies to police and all of the Labour Party and Cabinet periodically as up dates but they kept their mouth shut and so become accessory to all sub crimes by their silence; including the fallen Treasury Mr Robinson MP of Coventry a main string puller 1997-98 of the corruption with all the British Cabinet knowing as the offence arose; including before the sly last blow 9 June 1998.
